Collection: Casa Kiro

Vania is the creator of Casa Kiro, a Chilean designer jewelry brand that crafts small, portable worlds inspired by different places and stories from Chile.

Although trained as an architect, jewelry found her almost by accident. Tired of spending countless hours drafting plans, she sought a creative outlet—something that would allow her to work with her hands.

From an early age, she had an inexplicable need to create. As a child, she carried a box of colored pencils everywhere, spending hours in silent concentration, drawing. She also remembers afternoons in the park with her mother, collecting seeds and bark, which they transformed into mermaids and fantastical birds. At every stage of her life, creativity was always present.

Designing and making things brings back happy memories, which is perhaps why she finds it so fulfilling. She becomes fully immersed in the process—time flies, her energy quickens, and a deep sense of joy takes over.

Discovering jewelry was also a rediscovery of herself—a return to curiosity, passion, and bright-eyed wonder. From that moment on, she knew this was what she was meant to do.
