Shipping

  • We offer overnight NZ Urban and Rural shipping via NZ Post. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled, in addition to shipping time.

  • A notification will be sent to you, along with tracking information, as soon as your purchase has been dispatched. Delivery dates vary depending on location.

  • Local (NZ) orders have free shipping with an order $100 or more.

  • If you experience difficulties with the shipping process or your order has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help!
